Where: Bethel Woods (Woodstock), New York
When: Early June
For the professional ravers and EDM obsessed, Mysteryland is your Wonderland. Tucked away in the famous hills of Bethel Woods, aka Woodstock, this pure EDM festival will have you raving until the early morning, literally until 2AM. The festival attracts big name headliners like Skrillex and Zeds Dead, and more importantly has a knack of securing artists that will be next year’s big act.
Come in full rave gear (kandi and all) or throw on your Baja hoodie and get comfortable. Whichever path you choose, come as you are. Mysteryland is a giant love and rave fest — thus meaning that you won’t get any judgy stares if you wear your favorite kandi mask or decide to go full Adidas track suit.
After you decide what to wear, make sure to explore the impressive art installations and carnival rides scattered around the grounds. Exploration of the mind, body, and soul is the general theme — so go on and go forth.

• The fest is located within Bethel Wood Music Center and it gets pretty chilly at night. Weather could change almost 15 degrees within a couple of hours. Trust us, that windchill is nothing to play with!
• Stages are located at different elevations, so you’re hiking up and down hills. Try to complete a Lunge/Squat Challenge to get festival fit in preparation. But if you’re like us, just bring some comfortable shoes and get ready to work out. Also, check the forecast if it’s going to rain. You’ll want to bring Tims or rainboots to avoid the mud.
• Head to The Boat stage for great views of the fest and the camp grounds. During acts on the Main Stage, you can hang up on the hill if you don’t feel like entering the pit. Make sure to snap pictures on top of the Bus, a stage you’re encouraged to dance on.
• The Healing Garden is unique to Mysteryland. It’s in a more isolated part of the grounds, but they feature cool events and workshops to check out. Some we’ve seen included yoga, sex workshops and art therapy.
