Carolina Profile

Born and raised in the South of Italy, Carolina has been around the world since she was 16 years old. US, China, London, you name it and she loved them all.

Music means the world to Carolina. If it wasn’t for music she wouldn’t have been able to learn English and she wouldn’t have developed the love for that language and the American hip hop culture that brought her here in 2009. When she was 8 years old, she stole Craig David‘s second studio album, Slicker Than Your Average from her sister, put the CD in her stereo and immediately fell in love with it. However, because she didn’t speak English, she couldn’t fully understand what the songs were about. So she picked up a dictionary and translated by hand every song of that album (no high-speed internet in the South of Italy at that time, folks!) and of all the other albums that came after (and before) it. That’s how she learned English.

Carolina believes in happiness and she is happy when she can make other people happy. She’s always looking for the next great thing and she is never afraid of saying “yes.” Yes to a random concert. Yes to a random trip. Yes to turning up on a Monday. Yes to talking to strangers (they are the coolest). Yes to life, always.

Everything happens for a reason, so don’t stress out because it will all work out in the end. 🙂

Greta, Unicorn of Magic Videos

Video Editor

Greta Video Editor

Greta was born and raised in the South of Italy. At 17 years old she moved to the US to attend a student exchange program. Greta is currently enrolled at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, where she’s studying Film Directing.
Film and music have been a fundamental part in Greta’s growth, in fact it’s thanks to American movies and songs that she first learned to speak English. She always wanted to make her own movies and be able to express all her creativity freely, that’s why she’s going to film school. Her aspiration in life is to possibly work in Hollywood one day as a director.
Greta’s spirit animal is a unicorn and she decided to make it her logo because she feels it best describes her personality: solar, happy and positive. She likes to go-with-the-flow and loves being spontaneous. And she’s always looking for the perfect soundtrack to her adventures.
